Which Tip Style Should You Choose?

Choose Straight When:

You want a direct approach for general component handling, precise positioning, and straightforward access to the PCB work area.

Choose Curved When:

You need an angled approach or additional viewing clearance around components, shields, connectors, and other confined board-level areas.

Replaceable Ceramic Tips

Both Ceramic Tweezer styles use replaceable tip assemblies. Straight replacement tips are available for CT-01 and curved replacement tips are available for CT-02. Each replacement set includes the required screws.

CT-01 / Straight Tip

  • The surrounding PCB area provides clear access.
  • You are performing general component positioning or handling.
  • A direct line of control is preferred for the task.
CT-02 / Curved Tip

For angled access and additional viewing clearance.

A Curved Tip May Be Preferred When:
  • The work area is easier to reach from an angle.
  • Surrounding components limit a direct approach.
  • Additional viewing clearance is useful under magnification.
  • You are working around shields, connectors, or compact PCB areas.
  • An angled tip orientation provides more convenient access to the target area.
